The hotel's location in the heart of downtown on a pedestrian zone is excellent, close to many tourist destinations, making it easy to explore Santiago and Chile. The rooms, however, were disappointing with a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere that only got worse overnight, impacting the overall stay.
